Finished Goods Focus
We focus on manufacturing full assemblies or Finished Goods. While we can produce components and assemblies, we only do so for finished devices we make. This allows us to take on less programs and give those we have the attention they deserve.

Process Development
With our experienced and creative process engineering team we can design, develop and reverse engineer your manufacturing process. Regardless of where your process is at, we can transfer it in and improve or develop as necessary, closing with validations to ensure performance.

Scale Flexibility
We are flexible enough to manufacture low or high volumes and ramp up with your demand. Our business structure and strategy allows us to partner with you regardless of your size or maturity level. We work together to make sure it’s a good fit and we can serve your company where others can’t.

Logistics
Switchback can ship directly to distribution channels or to your manufacturing facility. We can store and manage materials or finished goods inventory for you if that’s what you need.

Room for Expansion
Switchback Medical is located in Brooklyn Park, MN where we relocated in 2022 into a beautiful 120,000 sq. ft. facility. Switchback currently operates in about 65% of the facility and has room for expansion.
This one facility has everything we need to service your project from a machine shop and 3D printing to a test lab and commercial manufacturing.
